SAN GIULIANO LAKES

WHERE THE GLACIERS MIRROR THEMSELVES

Above the town of Caderzone, a few kilometers by car from the holiday home, there is a magical environmental context, where two alpine lakes are suspended between the glaciers of the Adamello-Presanella group and the Brenta Dolomites. After a mountain road of about three kilometers and having left the car in the parking lot, it is possible to reach the lakes and the refuge via two paths, one is quite easy while the other one is a bit more challenging due to a greater height difference. The more trained ones will be able to walk them both by making a ring that will allow you to pass by Lake Vaccarsa, where in autumn the larches are of a unique flaming color.
