RENDENA VALLEY IMMERSED BETWEEN TWO MOUNTAIN RANGES

Two mountain groups facing each other with different but equally fascinating panoramas. The Dolomites with its pink tinged rock and Adamello – the realm of glaciers and water. You can walk nearby the town or make slightly more challenging hikes in the middle of the mountains starting directly from the holiday home. There are over 20 km of pedestrian and cycle track, which connect all the villages of Rendena Valley, where you can run, walk, or ride a bicycle while relaxing in the green landscape of the valley. Walk in the wonderful Val di Genova, defined as the Versailles of Italy by the English explorer of the late nineteenth century Douglas William Freshfield, admiring the crystalline waters of the Nardis waterfalls. The outdoor activities take place immersed in the scenery of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, the largest protected area in Trentino.

It can range from fantastic treks to unique mountain bike tours, classic mountaineering including the famous Bocchette fixed rope route in the Brenta Dolomites, to sport fishing in rivers and alpine lakes. Using the Doss del Sabion lifts, which leave directly from the town and reaching an altitude of 2100 metres, it is possible to experience the thrill of a tandem paragliding flight and the adrenaline of downhill tracks of the Brenta Bike Park. During the winter season you can ski in the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area, the largest in Trentino, with over 150 km of slopes. You can nevertheless find the silence of the mountains and the spirit of adventure in fantastic ski mountaineering tours or with snowshoes, immersed in a unique nature. A family fit holiday, where the mainly flat area of the valley bottom and the cycle path that crosses it, allow to reach green spaces such as the pinewood along the Sarca river and the Nardis waterfalls in Val di Genova.
